comcast metro-e questions

Hi,

    Anyone here using comcast metro-e? I'd like to hear the good, bad 
and the ugly. I have a call in to sales but it being the weekend I won't 
be expecting a response, but I'm also wondering off the top of my head 
on general ballpark pricing for gigE?
