I disabled IPv6 on my machine and was able to pull it up, reenable IPv6 and
I start getting 404's.

I meant that it seems that v4 is broken, but v6 is not.
so sure, it's a server thing, but he's seeing different results maybe
as a side effect of eyeballs.
