Windstream outage in WI and MI?

We're seeing multiple sites in our MPLS that are down, and got word from our Windstream sales rep that there was a 
fiber cut affecting WI and MI.  The NOC is either ringing busy or giving a high call volume greeting.

Anyone else affected or know more?
