Sounds like a possible candidate for some of the last mile wireless equipment available.  The problem is the wireless 
equipment may cost more than the punch to the face and gut.  How much bandwidth are you talking?  You're looking at 
somewhere around $16k for a 300 Mbps Motorola PTP 800 solution at 18 or 23 GHz.  BridgeWave has some 1 Gbps stuff out 
there for about $30k at 80 GHz, but falls out during very heavy rains at 2 miles link distance.  BridgeWave just 
recently announced some 1 Gbps radio links at 18 and 23 but that's all I know about them.
