Frontier IPv6 website unavailable

When visiting www.frontier.com using an ipv6 tunnel from HE I am getting
the following result:

Service Unavailable
A quick poll of my peers without ipv6 shows the site rendering. It looks
like this is limited just to the IPv6 side.
