They're going to do that anyway once they run out, but it's not like "you have v6 so you don't need more v4".

Read a good book.  :-)

There's also tons of informatin out there on the web and in meetings.

For hosting you really want to think about how to set up your VLANs. Each customer in their own VLAN is ideal but not 
always possible, mostly depending on how IPv4 is set up.
