Yea Jason, level3.net is unreachable....I am sure it is filtering ICMP, or blocking certain ports, sessions, or services, dude. The level3.net server is used for other purposes as stated in the previous thread, so necessarily it is not a question of destination unknown, DNS, or access for that matter....just you no touchy my server, that's it.
