That one appears to have one DNS server that is up and down, but the other two are up and I'm able to resolve and access it from here (Comcast Business connection in Florida).
For outages.org, it appears that one of the two DNS servers is reporting a lame delegation (204.61.216.4), and the other isn't responding at all (204.42.254.5).
The two sites are not using the same DNS servers, so likely unrelated issues.
