We have started receiving some reports related to yahoo as well. We're seeing some latency it would appear at the

Subject: Yahoo/Verizon issues?

We (Internet Storm Center) are getting scattered reports of Yahoo being
down, and problems with Verizon's networks. Anybody else seeing this?
