Re: open jabber server and conference room for nanog-arin meeting

after working around some kind of wierd arp problem with my isp, folks using
abovenet to reach this jabber server will no longer see timeouts.  the room
is available all week (nanog-arin () conference jabber tisf net) in case some of
us who came to nanog are staying for arin and want to, um, jabber.  the
server will remain open until something bad happens, so feel free to register,
create rooms persistent or otherwise, etc.
