I'm sure other infrastructure providers are watching Katrina's track closelyas it heads inland. Wind becomes less of an issue as the storm degrades, but there's still plenty of rain left in a tropical storm or a tropical depression to cause major flooding well away from the hurricane makes landfall.
Pittsburgh, PA is pretty far inland, but the remnants of Ivan last year did a real number on us last September. A number of COs in low-lying areas did receive at least some flood damage, with a small handful being taken out of service completely.
