Does anyone have a list of a few sites on the Internet which display graphical and/or statistical information on packet loss and latency for major Internet providers? Specifically I am looking for comparisons formajor providers suchas AT&T/MCI/Qwest/Level3/Savvis etc...
Did anyone mention http://www.internethealthreport.com/. There is also an internettrafficreport.com but it doesn't seem to be backbone heavy. Eric
