Verizon Sr. Manager in the NY/NJ Metro area

Anyone know the name/contact information of a relatively high Sr.
manager at Verizon involved in their high-cap provisioning in the
NY/NJ metro region?  I have a dedicated t1 going on its 4th month on
the books without being provisioned properly.
