Current DF providers list?

With all of the consolidation of dark fiber providers and other facilities
based fiber providers, is there any resource out there that is a little more
current than an annual map?

I am trying to locate the providers available on a certain stretch of
interstate and have been running into dead-ends with a 1 year old resource.
