I thought it was now common knowledge that it is a good thing to filter what your customers announce via BGP. Unfortunately, Broadwing seems to have missed this (broadwing -> conversent.net -> algx just isn't right):
Someone should also hand algx a copy of <http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2827.txt> (why are they letting packets sourced in sprint to arrive over their customer interface?)
