You don't put battery backup on a kill-all switch.... The idea behind it is to kill-all!! (*doh*) If you ever need to press it, you do so just before the guys-with-foam run in to douse your burning UPS...
People laugh histerically when the evil bad guy in a movie has a button labeled "Emergency Power Off" that shuts everything down... They say "No one would ever really have one of those..." Life is so ironic sometimes... Eric :)
