Contact for Yahoo - Messenger service related

Howdy All-

Does anyone have a contact at Yahoo in relation to the messenger service?
(preferably someone with a clue about routers and IP filters)  I've got an
interesting little problem that appears everyday between 9:00 and 9:30 AM
and vanishes about 5:00 pm (PST).
