yeah, but windows isn't really targeted at the types of people who
do things "right" .. its targeted at the types of people who want
to do things "now".

I mean, if people set up their hosts/networks right - MTU path discovery
would actually still _work_ these days, spam wouldn't be a problem ..
DDoS just Wouldn't Happen(tm) ..
