As for the SystemStatus loggings.  These are good for identifying which
alert level, but you need to go to the "Newsroom" link to see the latest
updates, i.e., announcements about rolling blackouts etc.

Historically, I've usually been able to get in before 0600 PST, at least
as of late.  However, it's coming up on 0900 PST, and the site appears to
be down.  In fact, I'm having problems tracing in past their router...
