Cisco bgp neighbor command: "local-as"

Hi Nanog,

In one of the Cisco doc, I saw a bgp command called "neighbor x.x.x.x local-as"
because it's very useful to our topology, can anyone tell me which IOS version
support that command? It seems 12.0 not, because I can't find the discription of
tha command.
