Can anyone provide me with any hard learned lessons as to what I
need to be using as a measure in evaluating vendor proposals other
than SLA, mean uptime, redundancy, trouble ticket escalation,
cost, etc.

What I'm looking for are the things that you look back and say if
only I had know about this six months ago.


 Yes, run towards the one's that hate you, run away from the ones
 that love you.
