LOCs are good stuff. --bill bill means: www.caida.org/Tools/GTrace/ (uses visualroute maps w permission) presented at Usenix last week http://www.usenix.org/events/lisa99/index.html uses NetGeo www.caida.org/Tools/NetGeo/ still not optimal, but headed in the right direction k
