Cool, double fiber cuts.  Spring planting season must be starting.

A fiber cut has been reported in the San Francisco/Santa Cruz California
area.

A fiber cut has been reported in the Fredricksburg Virginia area.

No word on the implement of destruction.  If you are a backhoe
