The point remains, WinNT can only comply with _any_ form of C2 _after_ the
lobotomy has been performed. Does it matter to what degree it has to be
lobotomized? A lobotomy, is a lobotomy. No "network connections", is "no
network connections", regardless of how one gets there.

I thought you had to remove the NIC, the floppy, and a few
other things,
not just software.  C2 *Orange* Book, not Red Book.
