were some small problems with the DNS earlier today because of a
miscommunication between ISI and Merit (for the handoff of DNS control of
RA.NET to Merit.)  Everything should be okay now.  Let me know if you
still experience problems.

Both MX(s) and CNAME(s) appear to be missing from the RA.NET zonefile
on dns{|2|3}.merit.net.  Needless to say, a bit frustrating for 
those trying to mail in modifications...
