NY Times says NSI takes legal action against Kashpureff

Today's Cybertimes (at http://www.nytimes.com) has a pretty good article on
Kashpureff's DNS antics. The Times says that Kashpureff says that yesterday
NSI's lawyers contacted him and told them they'd be filing against him in
court, asking among other things that the government seize his computers and
magnetic media and prevent him from disclosing his methodology. That last is
pretty silly, since his technique is described in the Times storty as well as
dozens of other places, but I am surprised at NSI's patience in not taking
him to court until now.

NSI had no comment, but since they're in their pre-IPO quiet period, they
couldn't comment even if they wanted to.
