vbns.ps - the graph that I presented, but with clearer lables.
README.vbns - roughly my words about vBNS performance

These also (temporarily) appear in
ftp://ftp.psc.edu/pub/net_tools/data/*
This directory gets cleared periodicly, so it is not suitable for archival
references.....
