does letter of intent mean that you are still awaiting a contract to be real? while physical connection is interesting are you aware of any bilateral agreements to make Internet connectivity happen there? m

A DS-3 circuit to the ANS location at Downers Grove has been ordered. Sprint: The order is being worked on. Sprint intends to use their own circuit for access to the AADS ATM service.
