In your console type "load xmlrpc User=msf Pass=mypassword
ServerHost=192.168.12.34" where mypassword is a good password and
192.168.12.34 is your IP address. Then have the other pentester open
msfgui, and enter your password and IP in the connection dialog (no
SSL) and press connect. He will quickly be able to see your sessions
and interact with them, or just open a console and control metasploit.
