You want to "enter" from wan to lan without "nat forwarding rule", shortest simple answer, not possible. What you might want to look for is a "reverse connection" where the connection will be initiated from your target "inside the lan" to the outside world. this mailing list is dedicated to the metasploit framework and might not be the best place to ask questions like the one you posted, there are many other mailing lists that are more appropriate "securityfocus?"
