Bug Report: command "Rex::Compat.open_browser" doesn't work

Hi,
The "Rex::Compat.open_browser" function is not working anymore on default
Windows MSF install. However, comand is still working on other platforms
different from Windows.

It seems that the problem comes from a forgotten test in regular expression:
/mswin32|mingw32/ (line 124). Adding the condition, problem seems to be
resolved. I haven't checked it with other functions (open_mail, play_sound,
...), but problem could be the same!

Could that be fixed in svn?
