3.4 dev

I'm a little confused on the version #s.  I'm trying to install 3.4-dev
to test some new features, but I can't find any way to download it from
the website and when I install 3.3 and svn update it only takes me up to
3.3.1-dev release 7653.  Is there some super secret code I need to get
3.4-dev????
