new dev builds, msfupdate.bat issue

Running Windows XP SP3, I just download the new dev build and install it  
to c:\msf, here's the error I get when I run msfupdate.bat


[*] The Metasploit Framework is being installed in:
[*] - /msf3
[*] This may take a couple minutes...
tar: /data/msf3.tar.gz: Cannot open: No such file or directory
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now
[-] Extraction failed
