BackTrack 4 and MS09-xxx not found

HI again, 

To touch with you, i installed Windows 2003 SP2
(English), and scanned it "WinVlunerScanner" this listed a lot of
vulnerabilities none of them is listed in BT 4. how do i exploit these. even i have updated BT4 (metasploit using svn).
