hi Eddie,If you have gem installed try with
db_driver mysql
Instead of...
load db_mysql

I have recently installed backtrack 4  and I have tried to load metasploit after installing gem , gem 
postgres , gem install mysql and created the database on which metasploit .But I am still getting the following error
