metasploit with backtrack3

[nkanaskar at hotmail.com (Nitin Kanaskar)]

So i can download the 
CD Image from 
http://www.remote-exploit.org/backtrack_download.html
onto my harddisk as an .iso file, burn a CD
with it and then boot bt3 from CD to run 
metasploit ?
sorry, but i am still little confused.
