meterpreter error

Hi!  I am having an issue when testing the meterpreter upload functionality
in msf3 on cygwin.   Heres the error:

meterpreter > upload /pen.txt c:\
[*] uploading : /pen.txt -> c:\
[-] Error running command upload: uninitialized constant
Rex::Post::File::SEPERATOR
meterpreter >

Am I doing something wrong?
