be done by ruby in a browser http://tryruby.hobix.com/):

Please save kittens from crying and figure out what the actual restrictions
are on that awful "http://ZZZZ\YYYY\XXXX\WW?W\V..."; string. It was produced
by some fuzzer, and there'll be better ways of writing it in a stable
exploit.
