uninitialized constant Msf::Exploit::Remote::HttpServer::HTML

To recap, this ended up being a problem with the FreeBSD port.  Until
the FreeBSD port is fixed, it's recommended that the tarball from the
website be used and that an svn update be applied after extracting.

This is pretty strange.  That mixin should definitely exist.  Can you do
the following:

1. start msfconsole
2. setg LogLevel 3
3. save
4. restart msfconsole
5. repeat the same steps that you took to trigger the error

After that, send me your ~/.msf3/logs/framework.log offlist.  It seems
like there must be some unhandled exception being generated in the
background, but I can't quite imagine what at this point.  Testing with
msf_irb_shell confirms that the mixin identified above exists:

$ tools/msf_irb_shell.rb 
Msf::Exploit::Remote::HttpServer::HTML.object_id
=> 653988614
