error after installing latest snapshot

Hello All,

After installing the latest snapshot on windows ver of
MSF v2.4, im now getting this error when executing the
exploit command:

C:\Program Files\Metasploit Framework\bin\perl.exe (1460): *** unable to
remap C:\Program Files\Metasploit
Framework\lib\perl5\5.8\cygwin\auto\est\MD5\MD5.dll to same address as
parent(0xBC0000)!= 0xCE0000
5 [main] perl 1336 fork_parent: child 1460 died waiting for dll loading

any tips on how to rectify this problem?
