Great suggestion! I think spoonm already wrote an NDR library plus midl 
extractor in ruby, so hopefully this will make it into version 3.0. If 
anyone feels like writing a perl version, help yourself, writing the 
stubs for all the hundred-odd types doesn't look like fun :-)

PS. Sorry for the update lag lately, new city and new startup are taking 
their toll on my free time. Look for a mega-update this weekend and 
hopefully a version 2.5 release (sans Sam Juicer right now) sometime next 
week.
