Help to get started!

Hi,

I am new using the MSF. I tried with the example (vuln1_2) that is on
Exploit Module Tutorial, but I couldn't get the expected results. The
address I get with gdb seems not to work properly since I always obtain
segmentation fault (besides, I tried with several offsets to fall in).
