Forwarded from: vvandal[at]well[dot]comWe are pleased to announce that CarolinaCon-15 will be on April 26th-28th 2019 in Charlotte NC at the Renaissance Charlotte Suites. All who are interested in speaking on any topic in the realm of hacking, cybersecurity, technology, science, robotics or any related field are invited to submit a proposal to present at the con. Full disclosure that technology or physical security exploitation type submissions are most desirable for this storied event.
Proposals should include the following: - Presenter name or handle/alias - Presentation name - A brief abstract (1-2 paragraphs) - An estimated time-length of your presentation - Optional: A brief bio - Optional: Your preferred t-shirt and jacket size Proposals should be submitted to the following email address: presenters[at]carolinacon[dot]orgSubmissions are due by February 28th, 2019, midnight EST. But the sooner you submit the better.
If you present at CarolinaCon-15 you will receive: - CarolinaCon-15 admission for you and one guest - A swank CarolinaCon jacket in the size of your choosing - A swank CarolinaCon-15 T-shirt in the size of your choosing - Great appreciation from our event staff and attendeesThe hosting organization, 49th Security Division, is a UNC-Charlotte Computer Science club that focuses on ethical hacking and education. We hope to continue in the vain of the established culture and to inspire the next generation of hackers.
