Vladimir Drinkman, 34, learned today that he faces up to 30 years in prison for his role in a scheme federal prosecutors say led to losses of at least $300 million for retailers, financial institutions and payments processors who were its primary victims.
Drinkman was extradited from the Netherlands on Friday after waging a two-year legal battle.
His lawyers, Florian Miedel and Bart Stapert, say he intends to fight the 11-count indictment.
