"They need to step it up. This is ridiculous that this is happening a second time," hacking victim Joann Pierre said.
"Knowing that it could be out there in the public somewhere, it's a bit unracking," said Mitch Haley, another hacking victim.
The University of North Florida is now telling more than 23,000 current and formers students someone hacked their information.
At risk -- the names and Social Security Numbers of people involved in a UNF housing contract from 1997 to spring 2011. UNF only offered up a spokesperson to explain what happened, and said the IT department is too busy to let us see them in action.
