In a report presented to the National Assembly, the agency said the number of cyber crimes committed by teenagers was 16,620 between 2001 and July 2003, accounting for 42.2 percent of the total cases during the cited period. Cyber criminals in their 20s accounted for 38.4 percent, followed by 19.4 percent by those in their 30s, according to the report. Almost 58 percent of the cyber crime committed by teenagers was fraud connected with online games, the police agency said.
