For IP, re Chris Beck's "(except Lariat, obviously)" point.

Chris (and everyone else) dismisses as "exception" the entire basis for
those of us opposing regulation of the Internet by the FCC/Title II.

I am a named plaintiff and posted explainer video ala John Oliver reachable
via the redirect stopthemadness.tech

The nine minute video makes an anti-bureaucracy reframe of the Title II
controversy in terms of entrepreneur by-catch and First Amendment.

For those interested, I will join the Federalist Society for a litigation
update teleconference tomorrow at 2:00 PM.

Given that Net Neutrality is intended to address a commercial power
imbalance enjoyed by massively rich global corporations (except Lariat,
obviously) that have achieved regulatory capture on the back of a century
of gov't enforced monopoly I'm not sure why anyone would expect
implementing it to take anything less than a generation as the other side
does everything it can to maintain the status quo.
