Pennsylvania Attorney General Tom Corbett has sent a grand jury subpoena to Twitter to identify two anonymous bloggers who criticize Corbett and his campaign for governor. http://pubcit.typepad.com/clpblog/2010/05/tom-corbett-the-hypocrisy-of-some-who-sue-to-keep-the-government-out-of-our-private-lives.html Twitter has apparently asked for more time to respond to the subpoena; I must assume that it will be raising appropriate First Amendment defenses. But the Pennsylvania courts are notoriously politicized, and cases like this have to be litigated in state court. Moreover, one of the members of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Joan Orie Melvin, herself used a (civil) subpoena to try to out one of her own critics.
