BROADCASTERS ASK COURT TO INVALIDATE FCC'S 'WHITE SPACES' ORDERThe National Association of Broadcasters and the Association for Maximum Service Television have filed a complaint with the US Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit against the Federal Communications Commission's decision to allow wireless Internet service on unused television airwaves, arguing it "will allow harmful interference" of television signals.
